Good food. But slow service. The pasta Rasta is the best you could have in their. With shrimp and chicken can’t go wrong. Their drinks are not good seem like out of some boxes or something doesn’t taste good. The place is hard to find parking that’s another thing.

absolute worst! over the years they've kept going down hill. Today i placed an or at 1:35pm i was told delivery would take an hour, i said fine. After an hour and a half past I called back they said it was out for delivery give it another 30 minutes, again fine. now two and a half hours go by i call back and they want to tell me some BS about it came back they will re-bag it and send it out for delivery that the delivery person called me and didn't get an answer. which is pure b.s i never got one missed call and they never rang the door bell. Instead of having the store call me to make sure the phone number you have is correct you just leave your customers waiting for food that will never come. I'll never get food from here again.

Food was ok. Music was great! Service took long, strong drinks. Long, long wait. My friend told the guy, not to make the drinks too strong. And then it was very strong. Then, was told they do not do return or refund. 🤔 jerk wings was very flavorful. Good portion size.

Food was very good. Place was very lively. Went there late Saturday night & was still crowded at 2am. Food took a while to come, but we'll worth the wait. Prices are not bad. 3 people ate for under $100! Worth the trip to Brooklyn.

The service was horrible. The waitress took so long to bring our drinks that our food had came already. There must be a different Chef now because it used to be the best Jamaican food I ever had in my life but now it's like they're barely trying. The only good thing about it now is that the drinks are cheap. I'm just praying that the chef was only on vacation. Bring the old Footprints back again. :-(

The wait was ridiculous!! The place was empty and waited over an hour for our food. They made us late to our concert when I asked to speak to the manager he was rude and didn't really care. He told me the food is made to order yea like any good restaurant lol steak doesn't take over an hour, he told me they had to go orders too but aren't your dine in customers priority, food was not good at all my husband ordered a steak med it was well done and tough. I had salmon and it had a ton of tiny bones and the curry was ok at best would never go back.

Great food, strong drinks n good music. I will definitely go back but not no time soon. Giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because I waited a hour for my food n service sucked. The server took 45 minutes to bring my daughter's apple juice n 15 minutes to get me a spoon I had to ask 3 times for. After eating we was suppose to get more drinks but the server brought the check to us without asking if we was done.... but it's like I said horrible service but great food

My man and I decided to take that journey to go there. Journey because we live out East on long island. We dined outside. It was later back and though it was the after Work crowd,we still felt it to be a little intimate dining. Just me and him no children and the music as we got our eat on. The people next to us started talking with us we had a few laughs then back to us and our non/sexual evening. This place was FANTASTIC 👍😚😄

Usually if the service is exceptional or substandard I'll leave a rating. In this case the food was substandard.
My suggestion is if you order from here make sure they don't reheat your food and it is made fresh. If you do that you'll be good.

Only giving the one star because the food
Is actually good! The staff is unfriendly and always seem to be annoyed with the customers! Ordering take out or delivery at this location by far is the worsttttt decision unless u like to wait for 3 hours or more... when you call to place an order people seem annoyed... attitude is at an all time high! Not sure how that works... you don't want to be bothered with people but yet you work in a restaurant environment??? And take out is even worse..: you're literally standing on a line heading out the door and on top of people eating in the restaurant! Horrible system and horrible customer service! They need to work on it ASAP but I will say the Coney Island location I have never ever ever had a problem! They're courteous and polite! I would prefer that location any day. You guys need to work on your staff's attitude because you're going to lose out on customers due to it!

Loud music. Rambunctious crowd. Good food other than the plantains which were hard. There were odd quirks but I found most of it charming. A guy set up shop on one of the high tables and looked like he was selling dvds. The lights kept dimming randomly like there was a brown out going on.

Also the atmosphere is usually loud here which gets people in the mood to party or have a good time or a drink. The wait for this place ususally runs from 30 to 60 min wait to get seated. My favorite item is the Cajun shrimp with there bread. Yummmy to dip the bread into the Cajun shrimp sauce! Best thing there!
