The piggy breakfast sandwich was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever enjoyed. The woman who seems to own and runs the operation is extremely kind. If I'm ever in town again, I'll definitely come back!

Fran is a community oriented restaurant owner that serves wholesome, delicious food in a comfortable setting. Come for a hot or cold drink and stay for a visit. Leave full and satisfied.

Everything has been delicious and the cafe is so clean and comfortable. I love it here.

I had high hopes for Fran’S Underground Bakery & Cafe (Permanently Closed), but it didn't live up to the hype. The espresso was too bitter, and the pastries were stale. Not a place I'd recommend.

Fran’S Underground Bakery & Cafe (Permanently Closed) is my coffee haven! The baristas consistently craft the perfect latte, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere at the 10 E Main St, Victor, NY 14564, USA location makes it an ideal spot for unwinding. I could spend hours there.

I don't quite understand the hype around Fran’S Underground Bakery & Cafe (Permanently Closed). The coffee was overpriced, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. It didn't live up to the expectations, in my opinion.
