The piggy breakfast sandwich was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever enjoyed. The woman who seems to own and runs the operation is extremely kind. If I'm ever in town again, I'll definitely come back!

Fran is a community oriented restaurant owner that serves wholesome, delicious food in a comfortable setting. Come for a hot or cold drink and stay for a visit. Leave full and satisfied.

Fran’S Underground Bakery & Cafe (Permanently Closed) was a major letdown. The coffee tasted stale, and the pastries were bland. I won't be back.

The coffee at Fran’S Underground Bakery & Cafe (Permanently Closed) was simply divine! The baristas are true coffee experts, and the 10 E Main St, Victor, NY 14564, USA location has a cozy, rustic charm. I'll definitely be returning for more.
