The piggy breakfast sandwich was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever enjoyed. The woman who seems to own and runs the operation is extremely kind. If I'm ever in town again, I'll definitely come back!

Fran is a community oriented restaurant owner that serves wholesome, delicious food in a comfortable setting. Come for a hot or cold drink and stay for a visit. Leave full and satisfied.

I was underwhelmed by Fran’S Underground Bakery & Cafe (Permanently Closed). The coffee failed to impress, and the ambiance was lacking at the 10 E Main St, Victor, NY 14564, USA location. I won't be recommending it to friends.
