Let's talk about Fratellis Na in 87 Lake Street, West Harrison, NY 10604. Their flat white was an absolute delight, and I'm usually not easily impressed. The café has a modern, Instagram-worthy aesthetic, and the barista was like a coffee wizard, casting spells on my taste buds. Seriously, give it a shot.
