I've gone to other places in NYC and they're great......not taking away anything but I absolutely love this place and I'll be going back there for the BIG 40th birthday with wife. Highly recommended for those who like great food and scenery.

My visit to Genes Café was a mixed bag. The espresso was fantastic, but the seating was uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Good coffee, but not an ideal workspace.
