Grateful Grind Coffee left me underwhelmed. The coffee failed to impress, and the lackluster ambiance at the 6121 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Orchard Park, New York 14127 location didn't help. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Grateful Grind Coffee at 6121 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Orchard Park, New York 14127 exceeded my expectations. The mocha was a chocolate lover's dream, and the staff made me feel like a regular, even though it was my first time there. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu.
