I had a terrible experience at Gregorys Coffee. The coffee was cold, and the staff was rude. I won't be going back to the 20 East 40th Street, New York, NY 10016 location anytime soon.

I can't stop raving about Gregorys Coffee! The atmosphere is so cozy, and the almond croissants are to die for. It's my happy place.
