The sandwiches are great, and the only downside is figuring out what I want to eat. It's all great and reasonably priced. Full New York deli style atmosphere, order at the counter and find a seat! The breakfast selection is good too. They have a bar, and while you're waiting for your food or grabbing a drink, there's a table with backgammon and chess and a shelf with lots of board games. Staff is friendly and I've never had to wait long for my food.

Sammie's done right. Menu seems intimidating at first; step out of line and read it all. At that point you'll realize that you're gonna love whatever you get then... And have picked out the next 4 or 5 things to get... Next time. Breaking too!

Very bad customer service!!!! I'm so disappointed in Harry G's.. we have been faithful to this business since they opened, especially because they carry gluten free options..well today was our last time supporting them. Tonight I placed an over the phone order with Dave..my husband picked up the order..when he got home we realized they had messed up SEVERAL things on the order so we called to let them know. The young lady that answered said bring the food back and they will fix it. When he arrived back, not only were they nasty and rude, they wanted to charge him additional money for things they clearly messed up on. I told him over the phone if they are going to charge u more money cancel the whole order. The owner and her husband were there and they were also unapologetic and rude too. My husband left all the food because they refuse to refund his money and we will have to dispute our credit card charge. I will tell EVERYONE about this, blog about it, write reviews on every site because the rudeness was very uncalled for. You have lost a faithful customer and everyone that I have sent there I will make sure they no longer support!

A New York City deli in the South Wedge. Huge menu. Daily specials. Eat in or carry out. Call ahead for take out. They get huge orders.

Have been several times and have always satisfied with the service and food.

Great sandwiches...soup too! Many and varied options... cold or hot sandwiches, subs, paninis or make up your own creation! Plenty of sides to add...of course chips, pickles, Mac salad etc, but fried options available too like French fries, fried pickles, and the unique option of eggplant fries that I recall. They now have a bar in the new addition as well, which also adds a lot of seating. Always a good value here...and nice to support a local business!

Good sandwiches Fried pickles could use some stronger dill or some seasoning. Forgot our celery (ordered as a sub for a pickle) and our pickles with our sandwiches. Overall, definitely enjoyed it :)

I found this little deli on the recommendation of a friend. I've been to NYC a lot and this place reminded me of being there. The ambiance of the brick walls and minimalist design is the perfect setting for sitting down and escaping for a few moments. As you enter to the left you'll walk into a traditional deli with seating options. Phenomenal menu options from traditional to new school. What I thought was amazing was that as you walk through to the right you enter a bar with a fantastic selection of hard to find beers.
This is a great example of the renovations down in the South Wedge. Highly recommend stopping by!

It DEFINITELY has a sense of NYC. I always bought a breakfast sandwich, and this restaurant really hit home for me. The atmosphere and FOOD... AH.... I'll be back for bar area. I haven't experienced it yet. I'm already looking forward to it.

Only ever had take out but they have an area to sit and a few beers on draft. Their sandwiches are amazing. Haven't had a bad one yet and their sides are just as great. ACS the service has always been top notch.

I decided to have lunch here after seeing the consistently high reviews, but I wasn't all that impressed. I got the south Wedge sandwich - roast beef, coleslaw, swiss cheese, russian dressing. The bread was bland, the little coleslaw that was on it was good, and the dressing was okay. I will say that the roast beef was great. All in all not a bad place to eat, it just didn't live up the the reviews in my opinion.

Pretty solid deli for wraps, sandwiches, and melts. I'd give it an extra half star if the food came out a little quicker during lunch. Haven't tried the new bar yet but it looks like they are tying to keep a good selection of craft beers on tap.

This place is perfect if you want to grab a quick lunch. My friends recommend the Reuben but I'm weird and get a Turkey with white Egg bagel every time I come here.

They recently added a bar with the selection being hit or miss at times (last time I came they had two taps out), but had they be in stock I would have been pleased. I'll have to try it again sometime, can't wait to see what they pick for Autumn.
