My recent visit to Illy Cafe was marred by a few shortcomings. The latte art was nonexistent, and my cappuccino was served lukewarm. I believe they have the potential to improve and provide a better coffee experience.

Shoutout to Illy Cafe for their excellent service at Jamaica, NY 11430. The latte art was Instagram-worthy, and the barista's passion for coffee was contagious.

I ventured into Illy Cafe at Jamaica, NY 11430 and had their black coffee. Simple, strong, and no-nonsense – just the way I like it. The place had a chill vibe, and the staff didn't hover. It's the perfect spot for introverted coffee lovers like me.

I stopped by Illy Cafe for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.
