Infuse Tea Bar at 106 Main Street, Sayville, NY 11782 is my new caffeine sanctuary. The pour-over I tried was brewed to perfection, hitting all the right notes. Infuse Tea Bar left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the service was slow. It was a forgettable experience, and I doubt I'll be back.
