At Jazzman'S, located at 108 Ravine Parkway, Oneonta, NY 13820, the coffee is consistently average. It's not the worst I've had, but it lacks that special something. So, I ventured into Jazzman'S in 108 Ravine Parkway, Oneonta, NY 13820, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
