Jazzman'S Cafe - Library Tower fell short of my expectations. The coffee was bitter, and the pastries were stale at the 4400 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, NY 13850 location. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I hit up Jazzman'S Cafe - Library Tower in 4400 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal, NY 13850 and tried their caramel latte. It was sweet like a summer romance, and the barista was like a coffee wizard. The only downside? The seats were as hard as my ex's heart. Bring a cushion if you plan to stay a while!
