I had a terrible experience at John I3 Cafe. The coffee was cold, and the staff was rude at the 6914 Myrtle Avenue, Ridgewood, NY 11385 location. I won't be giving it another chance.

My visit to John I3 Cafe was a rollercoaster of emotions. The mocha I ordered was great, but the barista forgot my friend's order. Oops! They made it up with some free pastries, though. So, mixed feelings but willing to give it another shot.
