I had a terrible experience at Katie Of Smithtown. The coffee was cold, and the staff at the 145 West Main Street, Smithtown, NY 11787 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be giving it another chance.

I had a rather underwhelming experience at Katie Of Smithtown. The coffee was passable, but nothing to write home about. The cafe's interior was outdated, and it could use a refresh. Perhaps it was just an off day, but I expected more from a place with such high ratings.
