So, I stumbled upon Kyosei Cafe - Canon in New Hyde Park, NY 11042, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Kyosei Cafe - Canon at New Hyde Park, NY 11042. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.
