Stopped into Cafe Sasso for a quick coffee and lunch. I found the restaurant to be a bit cold (literally) but enjoyed my food/drink (a bagel sandwich and cappuccino). The decor and ambiance was really cute and trendy. Next time I'm in the neighborhood, I'll definitely stop in for a cup of joe!
I brought my six-year-old daughter and three of her friends for a birthday tea party. The girls loved that they had the backroom to themselves, which has a large assortment of dress-up clothes. The hot cocoa for the girls and tea for the adults was wonderful. The owner, Maureen, even had special fairy dust for the girls to make a wish and sprinkle outside as they were leaving. It was a great alternative to the typical little girl birthday party. I'll definitely be back with adults for more tea and some of their delicious snacks.
This is a very nice place! The owner and employees are very kind. I've been here twice. Once with my wife, and this past weekend with my granddaughters.
With my wife, it was a very nice date. It has a nice ambience, and the sandwiches they have are very good. They have a nice blend of tastes. The desserts were also very good. We both really enjoyed it as a special treat.
There are 2 rooms. One is a more formal setting, (children are welcome here too), and the other room is for children.
The children's room has a blackboard, dress up clothes and even bubble soap. It also has china teapots, teacups and plates. My granddaughters, 7 and 5yrs old, loved it. I think it may be because of the setting with the "Playing Tea", but they get into the role and surprisingly it isn't a wild mad house. The owner and staff really catered to them and made it a pleasant outing. The food was very good. I had a grilled cheese with Monterrey Jack cheese, bacon and apple. It was very tasty. The girl's really enjoyed their food too. Thank You!!!
The owner is very sweet and accommodating. A great place to take kids and relax and enjoy some excellent tea!
Owner is rude, unprofessional, and definitely not fit to run a business. Won't be coming back to La-Tea-Da.
I walked into La-Tea-Da Tearoom & Parlour at 211 W Commercial St, East Rochester, NY 14445, USA with low expectations, but boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Their espresso was like a caffeinated symphony in my mouth. The atmosphere felt like a warm hug on a chilly day, and the baristas were as friendly as your next-door neighbor. If you're in the area, don't miss this hidden gem.
La-Tea-Da Tearoom & Parlour is a coffee enthusiast's paradise. The aroma of freshly roasted beans welcomes you, and the baristas are like coffee alchemists. A bit pricey, but worth every sip.
I visited La-Tea-Da Tearoom & Parlour in 211 W Commercial St, East Rochester, NY 14445, USA, and it was a mixed experience. The coffee was top-notch, but the service left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve.
La-Tea-Da Tearoom & Parlour is my haven in the city. The macchiato is a burst of energy, and the vintage décor adds a touch of nostalgia to the experience.
I had high hopes for La-Tea-Da Tearoom & Parlour, but my visit to the 211 W Commercial St, East Rochester, NY 14445, USA location left me wanting more. The coffee was subpar, and the ambiance lacked the charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll return.
