My most favourite coffee shop in the world. Everything I've ordered at this place has been perfect. The staff are also very friendly and the place has a very nice atmosphere.

I'm getting really annoyed with the work ethic of some of the employees here... Shouting out and throwing my to-go food on the counter makes me feel like I'm at a Panera. They used to be more personable and more appreciative of their customers, I miss that, and I've been supporting this business for 10+ years. It just makes me so sad it's going down the drain.

Also not a fan of how they allow smoking in their outside seating area.

Great atmoshphere... food was great and had gotten awesome word of mouth on the place. Our visit confirmed the awesomeness. We will definitely return. and the sweets section! mmmmmmm!

We finally found an espresso in the Rochester area to bring forth memories of Paris. We will be back. We only had coffee so I can't rate the food, hence the 4 stars.

Best Coffee shop in Rochester! Great food, great selection of hot and cold specialty coffees! Friendly staff and great service with
fantastic atmosphere.

Love it here. My wife and I come here all the time. Great environment, awesome outside space for the warmer months. Food is fantastic.

Food is great, service not so much. I walked in the door at 5:55 and they would only serve me coffee. Website says you close at 6, I take that to mean you serve customers until 6. If that's not the case then be more specific. I made a special trip just for one of their salads. Last time I do that.

Always a good time at the Leaf and Bean. A ģreat place to meet friends and enjoy a cup of your favorite non-alcoholic beverage. The grill has a fine selection of breakfast and lighter fare. Invite a friend and visit soon.

I love spending time in this place love the admosphere and the food and service is awesome! The first time i went was because they won the Rochester rocs #1 coffee shop in rochester and since then I've been a regular customer check it out!

Owners are white cowards

I was there the other day and witnessed a large black woman verbally accost a senior citizen white man. She kept yelling "yous need to respec mah president" and other jargon only some of which was understandable.

The man look annoyed but tried ignoring her. She followed him to the front of the store until he told her to mind her own business and leave him alone.

Well, the coward white owners banned the white guy.

So if you're white and want to take a chance of going in there and getting yelled at by a minority and having the owners ban you from the place go ahead and enjoy. That's right. The owner will allow senior citizen abuse.

Oh, did I mention he is constantly being heard about how he is a big Trump supporter. That's right. And we all know how Trump feels about women and minorities and gays. And that's the majority customer base for this guy. So he doesn't actually care about them, he just doesn't want to be picketed by BLM or a gay rights group.

Money. That's all he is concerned about. Not some some racist black lady abusing a senior citizen. Nope. He's a Trump supporter who's main customer base he obviously doesn't like since Trump doesn't like them.

He's the worst kind of person. A hypocritical coward. He puts money before anything else. He supports Trump but caters to the groups Trump doesn't like.

As far as the food and coffee? The coffee is a distant second to Starbucks and most of the food is bland.

My all time favorite hang-out. The food is fantastic as is are the drinks. All forms of hot and cold sandwiches and drinks. Service is exemplary. Prices are good, plenty of seating with ambient music.
