Literally the most Ghetto McDonald's ever. I walked in, lady is not ready to work at all. Mind you it's about 3 in the afternoon. I'm trying to talk to her and all she does is look up and down and make grunts.

Tip: Don't get a job if your just going to be in a bitchy I don't want to work kind of attitude all day.

I try ordering my food none of the kiosks work that take credit/debit. Cash only. Terrible Customer service. Terrible Workers. Can't wait till they replace all these hoodrats with robots.

Clean, quiet. Mostly blue collar crowd. Bathroom clean (for a McDs. Those are usually horrible).

Nice place for fast food and drinks...they have parking and seating arrangements for everyone.

Long wait time for "fast" food yet provides excellent customer service. I was angry until I received my food with a smile and some lite banter.

The lettuces are dried out n dead. I like sandwich thought but next time i expects fresh lettuce. McDonald's is still my favorite fast food restaurant.

Fresh fries, clean grease is the only positive review about this facility. Buyers beware. I purchased a extra value meal and got swindled for more then it was worth. I addressed it with the female manager (I think her name was Melissa) and was ignored. The extra value meal was more money then if I had bought it individually. When confronted they stated that's the way it rings up. The quarter pounder with cheese was Luke warm. I threw it out. I wouldn't go back to this facility no matter how much my grandchildren asked. I would rather drive out further to avoid this place. The customer service I received was pitiful and unprofessional. There was no parking either. Avoid this place like the plague.

This place is an alright McDonalds establishment. Decently clean, but the Drive-thru takes forever here. Last time I ordered, they got my order wrong THREE TIMES. Would avoid, if possible.

This location is the worst. Customer service doesn't exist here, and I'm sure this is not in the training manuel. There is a female manager at this location that needs to be fired or retrained. She is no better than some of those rude girls at the drive thru. The service is getting a little better, they have a few new staff members. They look really young like teenagers( young black male in mornings and nice lady with pretty nails). I'm always at this location, because it's convenient. I stopped going there for a while, because one time the female manager actually rolled her eyes at me, because I wanted a milk shake for my son and she had already closed the machine. They don't make shakes after seven, which makes absolutely no sense for a burger joint. I wouldn't recommend this location, the store near by on the North Conduit is a lot better.

The best cone ice cream. Also I like their mango smoothie sometimes when its really hot outside. Sorry can't advice anything else, because I don't eat meat.

I go here cause my choices are limited when working over nights. They service is horrible. My order has been wrong several times. Or they were out of what I wanted at the time. And this is not just cause I am currently working overnight, I've had issue no matter the time of day I've show up (morning noon night) 😒 And because it's in a prime location they gonna make their money no matter how horrible the food and service is

The place is clean but the manager/supervisor (fair lady) was very rude. Need to be changed. They don't allow customers to use the rest room even to wash hand
Very unsatisfied.

Such a shame it was the only available eatery when waiting for an early flight. Over subscribed but efficient friendly staff
