As a regular patron of this location I have always been more than satisfied with the employees, service and food. However, around midnight on the morning of November 5th I decided to make a late night run. I purchased a #4 meal, no pickles, add bacon with a large coke and large fry along with a double cheeseburger. However. I was displeased upon inspection of the contents of my bag to find out I had not received my fries, and my double QP had pickles and no bacon. The late night crew was subpar, even for fast food standards. Te crew member working the window looked to have fryer grease all over the lenses of his glasses and his hair looked as tho it had not been washed in weeks. The fact that his hair was long and not tied up or contained in any manner made this experience more troubling. I will think twice before offering my business to this location ever again.

The employees told me I had to make a purchase to let my son play there. Not everyone has money to buy McDonalds every time they go there

Cashier lied. Was rude, would not give me his name, would not get a manager. Ignored other guests to continue to explain how I was wrong. Unbelievable.

Good thing I was not the secret shopper today! The crew working on Sunday morning was absolutely horrible. They yelled at my 11 year old daughter when she want to verify her special order was correct since the manager lacked skill to take the order correctly. The back room grill crew member said he would make it again but with twice the ingredients we asked to be removed. By the way, those items are an allergen for my child and we do take it seriously. Sorry to see your crew finds it funny with their unprofessional and child like behavior. Way to go store 5853! Hope you fail your next shop!

Employees are rude, and slow service. The place is always dirty and the people here act like they don't care.

Mcdonald'S is my go-to spot for a caffeine fix. The cappuccinos are always perfectly frothed, and the staff at the 19311 Farmington Rd, Livonia, Michigan 48152 location makes me feel like a regular, even on my first visit.

What a fantastic discovery Mcdonald'S was! I found this charming little cafe nestled in [Neighborhood], and it instantly became my go-to spot for a quiet morning escape. Their iced Americano was refreshing, and the staff's warm welcome made me feel like a regular, even on my first visit. I can't wait to explore more of their menu.

Okay, so I ventured into Mcdonald'S on a whim, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The iced Americano was strong, just the way I like it. The décor was simple but had this rustic charm that I couldn't resist. Will definitely become a regular here!
