Upon reading the comments....all I will say is Howmany fast foods do you pass bf you get to Mcdonalds But you still come regardless of the out come of the service qualiry time or price you still come.

My mom goes to this place just about every day for lunch to get out of the heat and have a cold drink. But she always comes back with stories of homeless people using the facilities. And how the staff doesn't say a word to them. I'm all for helping someone in need but not in a restaurant where you want to eat peacefully and enjoy your meal. When she used the bathroom the other day she said their was a naked woman in there washing her hair. Another woman was brushing her teeth and changing. She says its often difficult to get past the entrance without being bombarded by filthy, shoeless people. Still, this is the only place close enough to go too. Mc Donalds REALLY needs to change the rule on letting the homeless near their restaurant. And enforce it!

You had one job. Clean the sweet tea nozzles you can clean the holder all you want but if you dont clean that plastic nozzle it gets moldy then you have moldy tea. Its gross and i hate buying it only to get moldy tea. Thx for the moldy lunch.

So they had kiosks for customers to use-would be ok except NO ONE had a clue how to use them. Pretty chaotic. Receipts weren’t printing from the kiosk so I had to verify my order with the handout person. When I got my food I was short a hash brown and got the wrong muffins. Guess the drive thru is better....

So me and my mom went to McDonalds and part of our order was 2 sodas this African American lady served us our sodas. Not knowing we can see her reflection in the window next to her she drinks from our soda and puts the lid and gives it to us how Gross me n my mom just took them and dumped them BTW it was around 11:40p.m Saturday

Once again I ordered a Big Mac with no cheese and once again the paper is on the carton that says no cheese but open it up and surprise cheese.

They also got my drink wrong.

Did not have hot mustard for the nuggets.

Plus took 15 minutes for the order.

My Dad and I came to this location for lunch about a couple hours ago. While the location from the outside is nice, and while the crew I believe at heart are good people, the problems were many: there's no ice in the drink machines for months and if you desire ice in your drink, you need to go to the counter and ask. The crew is running around disorganized and is acting chaotic. Password is needed for the bathroom. We ordered two large drinks, a large fry with a 10 piece McNuggett and it took them close to thirty minutes. When the fries came, they came out as not fresh, so to compensate they gave us a fresh order. The McNuggetts came out fine. In the future, we pledge not to come to this location in the future. There are better locations in and around Pomona than this one.
