We went because my 10 year old grandson likes it. He was sleeping over so we ordered pancake and sausage breakfast with 2 hash browns for him, to go to have this morning.

We also ordered 2 bacon, egg & cheese biscuits for us. Heat and go in the morning.

We paid for, but did not receive the 2 b,e & c biscuits. How do you get your money back when you don't discover the mistake until the next day? I guess we will have to check every single order before leaving the premises but that really is the job of the staff. They just don't do it.

I order 2 egg mcmuffins.. one of them was good the other one had large shell pieces in it.. if you drop the shell in the egg do you still serve it to the customer? NO! Didn't realize this is a hard concept to understand..

Burger was raw in middle took it back . made a 2nd one and that was pink too . place has gone down hill . will never go back . burgerking is right across the street and almost same price and better burgers . .

Always messes at least 1 thing up on orders, this time it was the 1 thing they had to make. Absolute garbage ruined the whole sandwich

I wish I could give no stars place is a joke and never accepts debit cards been there multiple times and this is about the 4th time they say cash only get with the times people! On top of that one time I visited the drive thru about 15 min before close they ignored the intercom and proceeded to turn the lights off ! Horrible business I’ll be going to the one in Alton from now on for late night hungers!

I went there today with a friend who wanted to get something for her birthday and I would insert the photo of her Big Mac she got. It was completely thrown together and not even in a sandwich form.

I came here with my cousin to grab some food and the girl at the drive thru didn't tell me how much I owed and which window I pay at; even though it says on screen still would've been nice to hear it, also when I got to window to get my food I was not greeted by the employe he handed me my drinks and closed the window. then proceeded to take another five minutes for him to find my food and then I had to go BACK inside because they forgot my sauces I had ordered and one of our fries. I am not pleased with this establishment.
