Stopped by for coffee on a Sunday morning at 745 while passing through town. Husband went in to order while kids and myself used the facilities. Women’s room did have toilet paper but no hand soap. Men’s room had no toilet paper at all and the hand soap dispenser was totally dried out. When my husband said something to 2 women cashiers and male cook they all looked at each other “this is why we need a maintenance man,” “ oh we didn’t know,” “ weren’t you just in there?” Completely spoke amongst themselves disregarding us and with no sense of urgency. “You can’t be out of toilet paper and hand soap you work with food” my husband stated as he himself brought our son toilet paper. We headed out of there as quickly as we could. Don’t bother getting food here especially when there isn’t any means of hand washing. Steer clear !!

You get your food in a reasonable amount of time. Make sure you check your order, sometimes they get something wrong. Also if you have the app, take a screenshot before you get there, otherwise you won't be able to use the coupons. The food is good and it's a great place to go to for lunch.

Dining room is rarely crowded, even though it's quite small. Service is fast and food is hot. The only thing preventing me from giving this place 5 stars is an intermittent issue with order accuracy. When the drive-thru gets busy, mistakes are a little too common and you might wind up with someone else's food. Best to double-check to make sure everything is correct before leaving the parking lot.

They are usually pretty good here but today we waited for 15 minutes to get our food!

It's a McDonald. Cheap and fast, but you get what you pay for, low quality, unhealthy food.

McDonald 's in Wolcott at 6:00 on a friday. No ketchup in either dispenser. No toilet paper in the ladies restroom. Worst of all...no soap in the ladies restroom. Hope no employees had to go!

Terrible. Long line of customers waiting for their food. Staff out on a smoke break. Absolutely terrible. Incorrect food for our order. Steer clear of this location if you want to get what you paid for.

The drive-thru line wrapped completely around the restaurant. I went inside and had to wait 25 minutes for a cheeseburger and a small mocha frappe. 1 cashier, 3 people making food, a free others I assume were managers. Drink area was filthy, trash spilling out. Just plain nasty! Wolcott NY McDonald's is the worst hands down!

Frequently messes up my order. At least 2/3 the time I order its incorrect.

Sandwich was put together sloppy more sauce outside of the box then on the burger. Wi-Fi does not work.

Poor service, 90 percent of the time I order my sauce for chicken nuggets, they mess it up by not giving me sauce at all. And the very small percentage that is left they give me the wrong sauce. Very rarely I get my sweet n sour . Disappointing...

What a unsanitary experience we had. The person who took our order, sneezed in her hand, then proceeded with our order. She should of sanitized her hands!! My boyfriend saw a male employee, used the restroom, then left without washing his hands. We will not be returning.
