This place is a mess, the touch screen order system is a disaster. The employees running this place barely know what is going on. I am surprised that this place is able to keep operating. It looks like it was completely rebuilt about five years ago but that doesn't change the fact it is poorly run. Skip the drive through as this can take way too long and once your in line your trapped. I got stuck here for almost twenty minutes once. If I was running this place I would insist on having a complete overhaul of all systems top to bottom. This is a black eye for the McDonald's brand.

Best McDonalds I've been to they are very good at getting your special orders right.employees very friendly service is fast never had to wait long when they were very busy and food is always fresh

Very clean bathrooms. Fries were not old and stale. Very quick service

You could wait to be seated, order, and eat an entire meal at a diner and be in and out faster than the drive thru at this location. Going inside isn't any faster. I've been here about 100 times and the fastest I've been served is almost 20 minutes. Mind you that that time I only ordered a coffee. No matter where you're coming from you're better off going to Spring Valley as I've finally learned.

Just waited 18 minutes in line behind 3 cars to be asked to please wait 3x... so much for fast food. It was midnight, no one inside the establishment and only 3 cars in line... after waiting another 10 mins we drove off without ordering. Will not be returning here.

It is just similar to any Mcdonald.
But they are always run out of happy meal toy or they just don't get much in general.
Also, some employee are not experienced or very aggressive. One time it was so annoyed at some cashier who is acting like soupnazi..... ever sin e I avoid to go there.

the kids behind the counter spent more time talking with their friends (and the one was looking at every ass that passed by) plus employees were walking directly into the kitchen with their handbags out of uniform and leaving ..it was like grand central. the ordering pods didn't work for payment. But what else can you expect from Rockland County? it's a shame how downhill this area has gone.

Slow service, and long waits in drive through. Sad thing is, you think next time will be better, but it's not. Stupid me.

I always enjoy the nanuet location because it is very well maintained,
And very clean. The restroom is always
Spotless . My only negative is that there is only 1 person taking orders and the wait is too long. The automated ordering
Is great, but most of the time it's not working

Terribly slow service, they had me waiting for 15 min for a simple order, and its not just a couple of employees its all of them, they'd be better off doing something else because they are all extremely lazy

The staff's english is poor and they are difficult to understand. You would think with all the people that they have working here that the service would be faster. it's very very slow. The layout of the store is not good either

Fast food not so much but it's always really busy there so maybe they don't have enough people working there. They really are very nice and the place is always very clean.

Staff has never been rude to me but it is an extremely slow. As others have said one can easily wait 20 minutes for food inside. Drive-thru can also take a long time. Took me over 10 minutes to get an order of medium fries. The redesign is nice and the kiosks for order could be great if they worked. Just be prepared for slow fast food if you stop here. McDonald's is limited with gluten free items. Not an easy option for people who are gluten free.
