Very inconsistent with quality. People are friendly. Don't bother getting fries ever as they never taste fresh even when you ask for fresh fries. It's McDonald's so you get what you would typically expect.

Busy place inside and drivethru. Several people served in a few minuets food was correct and hot . Clean place and smells good.

They mess up orders every single time are slow as hell and the ice cream machine is always down. Not to mention the workers have terrible attitudes

Great people, kept clean, great location near the hospital in such. Prices are good.

I think the employees are smoking crack or somethin..service is ridiculous..they messed up 4 different ppls orders while I waited 20mins for my cheese burger and fries and cup..fries were extremely salty(10xs more than usual) and were definitely old..the cheese burger was sloppy. Luckily I was able to fill my own drink or that would have been a disaster as well. I will never go to this location again. 0 stars if there was that option.

Never go thru the drive thru on lunch time, you may have to leave w/o lunch and if you dine in is also a long wait! talking about "fast food"

Every time I enter this store I get nothing but attitude and animosity from the managers and employees tonight I was "kicked" out because I refilled my cup I purchased there Smh I will not be going back and would love the number to their managers so I can let them know about my experiences at the worst McDonald's in the Binghamton/Johnson city area !!!!!

Reasonable service speed. Pay great attention to walk in customers. Register person knowledgeable and efficient.

Reasonable service speed, they do not pay enough attention to walk in customers. Seating is very poor almost all the seating is for two people in a party. Only one quasi booth. Not as clean as one would expect or hope for, actually fairly dirty from prior customer use. Over flowing garbage containers, dirty table tops.
