Got off the I-90, and stopped by here after the KFC at Scranton effed up our food.

On a Monday afternoon, they were busy but not bad. Food was hot & fresh. Service was quick.

The restroom needs more attention though!

This establishment needs allot of fine tuning. Their lack of attention to customers and their sense of urgency is quite frustrating. The orders over a few days were complete and consistent by taking 15-20 minutes whether it was a breakfast burrito in the morning or s salad at night.

This location is hit or miss. Either everything is great and you're in and out.. or everything is lacking and you're waiting forever.. regardless of how many other people are in line..

Terribe service. Counter person played with his phone ( on the counter hidden be hind a sign) while I waited to be served. If it weren't for another customer who run right up to him, instead of being called I wouldn't have known that he was the open register. The person in line in front of me had his meal given to someone else.

Not the best customer service. Waited awhile for my cashier to help me. No line. Bathroom was poorly maintained. Toilet was almost sideways in the one stall. When i returned my significant other was having a repeat of my service. Nuggets were good.

Stopped to get something quick (fast food restaurant) it took them 30-40min to finally give me my order. I asked why is it taking so so long and they told me they were serving themselves in between shifts. The customer is not a priority and the order was entirely wrong!

I ordered 2 big macs. Waited entirely too long. Bottom bun was hard as a rock. Meat was old and black. Worst big Mac ever. It is a shame that there is no quality assurance. All sandwiches should be consistent. These days you never know what you will get at fast food restaurants.

Waited at order window for five min then went to pay window no one there.Then finally at last window we explained what happened then the girl said she could not help us and to go through line again.We went around and back in line and by this it was to long so went inside and received no help there either all of this was at 530 pm on Sunday.I had to go to another McDonald's on chenango st to get my dinner.The staff was not very nice at all nor helpful.

Always have to wait for part of my food and it is usually burnt

Close to BCC (about 2 Blocks or so); Inexpensive; Parking lot; Besides of a gas station; At the Cross to the Highway; Typical McDonald's food

Pretty good for a mcdonald's. Only 1 messed up order over 6 years I've been going. Maybe I was lucky. Only issue is they get busy, traffic in the a.m. and horrible college kids in the evening.
