I had a terrible experience at Mosaic Cafe (Permanently Closed). The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 2481 Browncroft Blvd, Rochester, NY 14625, USA location were rude and inattentive. I won't be giving it another chance.

I'm sorry to say that Mosaic Cafe (Permanently Closed) left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the barista seemed disinterested. The overall experience was forgettable, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
