I stopped by Palette Café on my way to work, and it was a pleasant surprise. Tucked away in 17 S Broad St, Norwich, NY 13815, USA, it's a cozy spot to grab your caffeine fix. Tried their cappuccino, and it was on point. The latte art was a nice touch. The caf√© has a simple and laid-back feel, perfect for a quick coffee stop. Will definitely swing by again.

Palette Café at 17 S Broad St, Norwich, NY 13815, USA is my new caffeine sanctuary. The pour-over I tried was brewed to perfection, hitting all the right notes. The caf√©'s rustic charm and dim lighting make it a cozy hideout. The staff here is so passionate about coffee that they practically recite love sonnets to every bean. I'm hooked!

While the coffee was passable, the lackluster service left a sour taste in my mouth. The baristas appeared disengaged and unenthusiastic about their work, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.
