Picked up 5 meals . When we got home to eat two of the sandwiches were made wrong. No avocado on turkey avocado BLT . Also order to change cheese selection on italian sandwich but provolone was placed anyway. Would not recommend

Tried to pick up dinner for the family. After a long wait half the food was missing, and the food we did get had the wrong sides. This was especially disappointing since some of the items we tried to order initially were unavailable. After speaking with the manager they offered to mail us a voucher for the missing food but it was incredibly incompetent and inconvenient overall experience.

Frequent this Panera quite often, and anytime theres an issue with my order, theyre always so good about making it right. Never an attitude, and theyre always so accommodating. Not to mention, the gentleman that works the Drive Thru in the morning is so personable, and makes my morning all the time. if only everybody was that cheery in the mornings!

Panera is great if you need a quick bite but don't want to feel bogged down all day by fast food. Their chicken Caesar salad is my favorite, but their sandwiches and soups are always great. The bakery section also has little yummy pastries that are hard to resist. If you are getting a fountain drink, slap the soda out of your hands and get the Iced Green Tea with passion fruit. It is so insanely tasty.
This place does get busy, especially at lunch and dinner times. To cut on wait, pre order online and pick it up, or if you're paying with a card you can use a little kiosk to the side to order. Seating can sometimes be difficult to find. Drive thru can also be a bit of a wait.
Takes longer and more expensive than McDonalds, but at least it tastes great and it's healthier.

So I've come here for food a 4 separate occasions in the last month and every time something is screwed up. Once it was the wrong soup, the next time I was missing a salad, and most recently I had 1/2 of a sandwich I didn't order and neither of the 2 sandwiches that I did.

Food is always good and service is quick. Only once did I get a salad that appeared to be a little wilted. Seems like the prices could be a bit lower but I would say things are priced competitively for what you get.

If there a issue they will always try to make it right. One time was in to get to Bagels through the drive-thru they came out nice hot and toasted with cream cheese on it another time going through the drive-thru they were nice and hot but they did not put the cream cheese on it which one year in the car and driving it's very hard to do that.

This is one of my family's go-to restaurants. Everyone can find something, it's good for small children, and the food is tasty and on the healthier side. It's a win win.

Panera is always dependable and delicious ! This panera has a great seating area and is extra cozy compared to others I have visited

Not the best of the local Panera. Good enough food, coffee isn't always hot, service is good but not particularly friendly.
