Always had a great experience at Panera. The status is very friendly and helpful. Ordering is fast. Orders are served accurately and in good time. Food is always tasty.

Although the soups and salad we got were amazing. We found the cleanliness of the eating area less than desirable. It definitely needed to be vacuumed. Also I saw a server to another table delivering food to them with his hoodie up. I’m sure that is not the dress code. Sorry but thought you should know. Once again the food was phenomenal

Very busy panera but the services is prompt. The facility is well staffed and organized. Today we went and the line was almost out the door. Once we ordered we only waited about 10 mins before we got our food. I thought this was pretty remarkable considering every seat was full. Furthermore, the food has never been compromised based on its business. I highly recommend this Panera.

Very on par with their brand, prices aren't cheap for good food... but this one was not as great as others. My wife's sandwich was not great, but mine was very good...

Very nice location, parking can get a little tight. Service was quick and food came out perfect. Highly recommended.

The cashiers are usually very nice, and that's the only reason they are getting a star. But I really can't say the same with anyone in the management team. I only have had good-ish experience when ordering for "Rapid Pick" up from this place. I have placed catering orders a few time with them, alway turned run into problems. When I am calling them on the phone, they are always been rude and quick to get rid of me. If your expectation is to get full, then you will be fine, but don't expect anything else.

Just like every other panera. Nothing special. Good food but fairly pricey.

Food ok, not great quality.
Carpet is dirty with crumbs and paper debris. Tables and chairs are also dirty and a mess. Dining room needs to be cleaned and organized. This place has really gone down hill.

NOT THE BEST FOOD OR ATMOSPHERE. DIRTY DINING AREA (FLOOR AND TABLES) is not appealing. Food is very marginal.

Employees were nice.how ever food quality was poor.store very nasty chairs Staind.wall nasty.know one has tried to clean them.so that tells me your kitchenmust be really bad.

They had no bread bowls, no baguettes and no fruit. And still charged me a upcharge to get a fruit parfait. HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE! MANAGEMENT NEEDS to learn how to control when to make food when you are low. They shouldn't stay open if they don't have any food?
