High quality food and tastes great, a bit higher cost but worth it
Prices are medium high. I found the food okay. My youngest grandson loves their Mac and Cheese.
Always a GREAT DAY at Panera bread. The food and staff are exceptional. The coffee is always fresh and you can have as much as you want to.
A bit pricey but I’m loving the new overhaul on the inside! It’s super comfortable feeling and really makes you want to stay a while and relax
Super busy place when we dined. It is located in the heart of Queensbury. We stopped primarily for a hot drink.
It's adjacent to a large parking lot, so access is not an issue. Can be seen readily from the road.
The staff handled the capacity crowd quite well. We waited about ten minutes in line for our order to be taken. We were fortunate to find a seat. They do a thriving business.
They make the best food, they deserve 5 Stars. Busy around lunch, for a reason.
Absolutely disgusting
We don't have many Panera Breads in Canada so when we visit the US, we anxiously visit. We went in this morning for bagels, they only had 2 types. When I asked the cashier if they had any other types, she snarled for me to look at the rack.
We went back later that night for pbj to go. Again, we were snarled at and again they had no variation of bread, all we wanted was white and they only had multi grain. Brought it back to the hotel and when we opened it up, they were slapped together, jam all over the wrapper and no peanut butter. It was disgusting. How do you mess up peanut butter and jam? We are so appalled!
Fresh salads, soups (with or without bread bowl,) made to order sandwiches/panini's, pastries and assorted fresh baked breads. You can order ahead to cut down on wait times, order on a tablet they have set up (they have several setup as you enter) and they will bring it to your table. It's a little pricier, but well worth it. The foods they do not sell during the day are donated to an area soup kitchen, which I find inspired (more should engage on this practice.) I would seriously recommend Panera.
One of the best Paneras I've ever been to. Great atmosphere!
The best bagels, but I fear that it is becoming another elitist style Starbucks. Can you imagine...they pay their employees higher non waitress salaries, then have the gaul to ask patrons for a tip too. I thought a tip was for exceptional service, not a corporate strategy to wring more from patrons.
Service polite and helpful. I pointed At what I wanted while describing the-chicken with corn and salsa and a beet salad. What came to the table was the salad and the chicken tortellini which was not what I ordered. I admit I should have sent it back . Salad was delicious. Shared it with my husband.
He ordered soup and sandwich. Too much cheese in the soup. We just
had the tortellini chicken for dinner . Very nice but too many calories. Now we have to go back someday for the dish I really wanted. They need to label the pictures so you know the name of your desired menu. Otherwise, tasty clean polite and Served hot when it should be. A little pricey.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Ordered the wrong soup, cashier replaced it within seconds, no charge. Very cool. Great customer service. Food was good. Tables were clean. What more can you ask?
This particular one in queensbury dosent sever the bread bowl... ever I lived without it but common...
One of the few chains I'll visit. Food is consistent and the restaurant is always clean.
I really like the food, but this place is the worst place to get it from. First time I got my Italian sandwich and cup of soup the sandwich was all wrong and the soup was bad. I don't mean didn't taste good bad. I mean they need to throw it out bad. 2nd time soup was good but sandwich was all wrong again. 3rd time the sandwich had 1/2 a slice of turkey on it. Not kidding. And it wasn't the right sandwich anyway. I'm sure you know how frustrating it can be when you didn't eat all day and when you finally get the chance you still can't because you only have a short time to eat and not enough time to go back because they got it all wrong again.
The staff here (especially the staff who maintain the cleanliness of the eat-in area) are always professional and courteous. The food is great tasting and served promptly (even big orders). The new kiosks allow me to order what I want, and how I want it, with unknown customization options and a list of ingredients in each dish.
