What have you done to the bagels, they taste more like bread than a bagel. I'm not happy. I have always ordered bagels for breakfast and have always liked them, the last 2 times I have been there they have not been good.

This Panera is terrible. I ordered a sandwich and a salad and they left off half of the ingredients. When I got home and delivered the sandwich to the recipient, they opened it up and noticed only the chicken was on the Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt. I called the manager and let him know what was going on and he said he would send a free sandwich coupoon by mail. A month later, still nothing.

I usually only come for lunch, once for dinner. They never have a long wait and they are always friendly. I always enjoy their food and the amount i get it always filling. Good lunch!

If you're a coffee freak like me, you'll dig Panera Bread in 4930 NY-30, Amsterdam, NY 12010, USA. Their espresso was a straight-up flavor bomb. I couldn't get enough of that intense, roasted goodness. The café had this hipster vibe with bearded baristas and vintage décor. Totally my jam.

So, I dropped by Panera Bread at 4930 NY-30, Amsterdam, NY 12010, USA, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
