What have you done to the bagels, they taste more like bread than a bagel. I'm not happy. I have always ordered bagels for breakfast and have always liked them, the last 2 times I have been there they have not been good.

This Panera is terrible. I ordered a sandwich and a salad and they left off half of the ingredients. When I got home and delivered the sandwich to the recipient, they opened it up and noticed only the chicken was on the Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt. I called the manager and let him know what was going on and he said he would send a free sandwich coupoon by mail. A month later, still nothing.

I usually only come for lunch, once for dinner. They never have a long wait and they are always friendly. I always enjoy their food and the amount i get it always filling. Good lunch!

Panera Bread at 4930 NY-30, Amsterdam, NY 12010, USA – they know how to brew a mean cup of joe. The cold brew had me buzzing like a bee on caffeine, and the staff was all smiles. Plus, they had a resident cat that I wanted to take home. Coffee and kitty cuddles – what more could you ask for?

Panera Bread needs a makeover. The furniture is worn out, and the espresso shots were bitter. Disappointing experience.
