My salad was FROZEN! And my sandwich bread was soggy from water. So much for fresh. For the prices to continue to rise and food to be getting worse, you may be losing a faithful customer Panera.

Usually quick service. There are times where the staff is more concerned about discussing their personal lives than preparing orders. Other than that I have been pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of this staff

Surprisingly (and impressively) quick service for the same high quality of other locations. Management must be doing their job well.

Service was very fast. However I ordered a Greek salad, it was missing the olives, and had pickled red onions. I don't care for those at all. Use FRESH VEGETABLES, like the description says.

Had an enjoyable experience. Bathrooms were clean. Restaurant was clean and quiet. Coffee was hot and fresh. Love their breakfast food. Sandwiches and salads are pricey. Free high speed wifi available. Plenty of seating and lots of natural light! Will definitely visit again. Keep it clean Panera!

The food itself was delicious and the wait was pretty short. The only problem was that there was a hair cooked into the sandwich that I had ordered. When I sent it back, they quickly remade my sandwich, but it was the wrong sandwich. They finally made the sandwich I had ordered and even brought it to our table themselves, and they were very nice about the whole thing - even let me keep the sandwich they had made incorrectly. On the whole, friendly staff, short wait, and delicious food. Just make sure they get the order right.

Nice location, good upper scale chain cafe. Quiche is surprisingly good, especially four cheese. good soups and sandwiches
