Panera Bread

When they get my order right and make it on time this place is as good as you'd expect Panera to be.

Unfortunately, those occurrences are few and far between. My last orders were either wrong, (very wrong) or my order would be 15 min late or arrive cold (when ordering soups or paninis).

They've given me a free dessert or something when I spot the error and call them on it. However how often this happens is really unacceptable.. I can't count on them at all and because of that I would say this Panera is an awful representation of the brand and you are best off trying another location or restaurant altogether.

Always good food and today the chicken noodle soup was full of noodles...so soft rolls again though.

Finally​ the new drive-thru is done this is so convenient but the exiting is a little tricky. The radius is too short and opening is too narrow. This needs to be fix immediately or many cars will get damage under carriage, rims, tires or all of the above. Best suggestion is to walk in.

I ordered a bread bowl and they gave me a small soup. Regrettably, I walked out the door without checking the bag.

I got the green goddess Cobb salad with chicken and it was delicious. Service was good and place was clean.

I have been to this Panera numerous times. It is always REALLY busy, however it seems like the line moves quickly. I have always been lucky to find a seat and it seems like they get the food out relatively quickly for how many people are waiting on their food.

The place is always filthy. I kept coming back because at least the food was good and the staff was friendly. Now that seems to have changed. Ask where the cups are or when a season item is coming back expect eye rolls or sarcasm. The food is just slapped together like McDonalds. The bottom of my sandwich was burnt black. If you have a choice go to the one on 12 Corners.

Panera does a good job staying consistent with all its locations. Desserts are always not fresh but drinks and sandwiches are good

Food is great. Most of the staff is friendly. Tables are always filthy. I asked the cashier if she could clean my table. After an eye roll, she asked which one. I said " This one, but actually they all need to be wiped." She cleaned mine, and walked away. Next guy comes... he is trying to figure out how to clean the table. Had the cashier done it, he wouldn't have had to. Bummer.
