Food is good but the workers are creepy roaming around the place. Make me feel uncomfortable like they want me to leave or something. Bearly finished my food when there was someone at my table sayings you finished with that plate. As if they ran out of plate and needed mine. Next time I will get it to go.
Good fastish casual, they don't always get the orders right. Best Mac and Cheese, kids love it adults small bites.
Panera Bread in West Nyack is a good place to stop by and eat. The service is relatively quick and the staff is friendly and inviting for the most part. The most important thing: The food looks and tastes really good. The only gripe with this location is the cleanliness; the restaurant is not as clean as it can be, but it is by no means dirty. At a quick glance, you can see the messiness and it may be off-putting to some customers.
If salty, lukewarm industrial-grade soup is your thing, this is the place for you.
The French onion soup was sloppy, overheated but then served tepid with a scattering of un-melted cheese and a bag of stale chips. My dining partner received a well made but savagely overdressed salad with unheated chicken noodle soup, her children a rather flat tasting, or tasteless, macaroni cheese dish.
Service was sporadic to the point that people were finished by the time the last dish arrived, fetched by me from the kitchen from a surly geezer with a huge chip on his shoulder.
The kitchen staff are not impolite, but have not quite managed the art of opening cans and bags, or using microwave ovens to the point where they could be called competent.
Prison inmates without supervision could make a better job of lunch than this lot.
Wonderful Custer service, yummy healthy foood!
Good food but not a lot of variety on the menu. Often out of basic items like eggs or bananas for example. The tastiest items seem to get removed without warning or are seasonal only. Consistently slow drive through service.
The food is good, wait time is short.
Shout-out to Brian for the amiable customer service with a personal touch.
I will no longer be getting lunch from here. As i enjoyed the last 3 bites of my lunch; i noticed a bug in my soup that i was almost done with. So not only is my order rarely ever correct; but now they've added bugs. Never again... so disappointed b/c it was so close to my office....
Always fresh food and great service. I love this place and the location
Good because they have a drive thru. It's very convenient for me and my baby so that I can grab dinner on busy days.
My experience with this Panerai location has been great! The establishment is clean, customer service is good and it's not overly crowded as some locations can be. If you're a fan of Panera this is worth a visit.
Service was good at the start. The man who took our order was great very patient. There was very limited seating so we had to sit in the very back near the kitchen. The kitchen workers were very loud and inconsiderate to the guests. They forgot 2 things in our order and sang in our faces when we went up to get it. We ordered Apple slices and it wasn't slices at all, it had white all over it. Bread was very soggy on a sandwhich as well.
The staff is friendly and helpful. I love their lobster roll. Every time I go everything is in its place & clean.
