Considering its location and high traffic volume for lunch times this location is rather well organized for handle a quick turn around for customers. The dine in feature where they bring your food at the table mames everything simpler.

Omggg! Perfect for the cold seasons. Delicious soups with sandwiches and a side of Apple or a baguette. Go once a week. Very cozy and homey

Good food as usual. When busy, the vibrating buzzer that alerts you to the order being ready seems to be replaced with a server bringing your order to the table. So, you buzzer will never work. It would be nice if the people taking your order explained this.

They serve all meals of the day, plus deserts and coffee. Their bread is quite good, other foods not bad but a little plain for me. Lots of vegetarian and natural choices. Comfortable, if not fancy, seating.

Really good food and fast service! The electronic kiosks are brilliant for allowing order customization and you can even do it from an app on your phone now! I try to eat healthy and track calories so their calorie information is also greatly appreciated.

We were traveling through Rochester NY and stopped and ordered dinner on the in-store kiosk for take out and included a pastry as a treat. Something told me to check my order before I left the store. There was no pastry in the bag. I went to the pick-up area and told the worker about the issue. He looked at my order on his screen and casually said, "oh, sorry we are out of that item." I said that I did not want to pay for it if I was not receiving it. He offered me the option to tske a different pastry, which I did. We we got back on the road we realized our receipt was not in the bag so I cannot reference our specific order number.

Great place to go. Fast service, even kiosk ordering system, phone in to go, order to go for the office, super service. Soup, salad, comfort foods and sandwiches along with breads and deserts.

First we were told that half our order wasn't available after ordering at a kiosk. This would have been fine, except we then waited a half an hour for our food to be ready. We complained and the employee there was nice enough to give us a free pastry along with our food. However after we took our food to go I discovered my sandwich was made incorrectly. It was just one issue after another. I've had much better experiences at other panera locations.

The atmosphere is great, the food is excellent (the Mac & Cheese and Broccoli cheddar soup go very well together) and the staff is super helpful!

I've visited this and the other Panera's in this area for a few years now. Today was one of the best experiences by far. Great food, coffee excellent as ALWAYS (more Dark Roast please), and the staff were fabulous. Nice, very nice!

I normally do not complain this place was dirty six employees standing around. Every table dirty and the bathrooms were nasty, tried to talk to staff they could careless. This place only had maybe ten people in the place.We will not return to this location $40.00 for our food order to be all wrong. Had this been our first visit to penara bread we would never return to any. The penara in victor offers great service and a clean place love that location.
