I was less than impressed with Parliament. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the 170 Central Park West, New York, NY 10024 location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

If you're ever in 170 Central Park West, New York, NY 10024, you've got to check out Parliament. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
