I have mixed feelings about my experience at Partners Coffee at 26-25 Jackson Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10305. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep.
