Best donuts in Buffalo for sure. My favorite is carrot cake. Always fresh. Stuff fast and friendly. Love this place. Highly recommend it.

Well it's like this Paula's Donuts are good and they're a little smaller than they used to be when they first started but they're still good I would say their prices are a little high and I don't know if they're going to continue to hippie is busy as they have been Paula is a wonderful person and my hat's off to her for doing all the good she does for the community

Paula's Donuts are absolutely wonderful !

When flying International twice a year, Paula's Donuts is my very first and last stop to and from the flight.

This famous and unbelievably popular destination is Family owned and operated. Paula's Donuts creates large, light as air, delicious delights. And their Carrot Cake slices are not to be missed.

Wonderful variety, amazing Staff, and Sinfully Delicious. "SINFULLY DELICIOUS" !...Oh great, now I have to go to Confession.

Since I am stuck 25 miles from here--in a small city that offers only the chain donuts-- I relish any chance I have to stop at Paula's. Their variety is wonderful and the delightful donuts are freshly made. You will be happy you stopped here. Oh, I think they offer coupons on their website.

Now I have experienced what others have raved about.. Worth breaking your diet to experience! Try the peanut butter filled creme donut.. Enough for two.. If you want to share (I didn't the 1st time.. But did the 2nd time!

Donuts are huge and wonderfully delicious. Unfortunately they are so busy tables, booths and the bathroom are usually a mess. Four * for the donuts. Two* for cleanliness.

The food is delicious! The wait staff was quick and efficient. The place was hopping for 11:30am on a Friday. Complaints: it would be nice if the wait staff smiled a little more. Only one person of 4 smiled at me our whole visit! It would be great if someone was dedicated to at least wiping tables, counter tops, door handles, and chair backs and maybe cleaning the floor more often. The bathroom was relatively clean, except for the floor. It looked like the floors in the back by and including the bathroom hadn't been mopped in a couple of days. Because of the nature of this business, the floor may require different chemicals and/or more frequent cleaning to keep the stickiness and therefore dirt traps under control. Perhaps a flat mop system during the day and deep clean mopping every other day? The cleanliness of the front of the "house" is a reflection of the cleanliness of the back of the house/kitchen!

The greatest donuts I've ever had in my life! Huge donuts fresh made. Great selection, and if you ask they'll put in a specific filling for you. Fantastic place.

Unparalleled donuts. Heavenly is a good way to describe the quality of these donuts. Even their bagels are delicious. I haven't found anything Paula's I didn't like.

Amazing donuts! The pumpkin donut, which is only offered in the fall, is my absolute favorite donut!

Easily the best donuts in WNY. They're kind of pricey but they're huge so it evens out.

The food was great. Unfortunately, the service was slow. They have great donuts.
