Plaza House Coffee is a delightful spot for a coffee lover like me. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with comfy seating and soft jazz playing in the background. I had a terrible experience at Plaza House Coffee. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 42 Industrial Loop Ste 5, Staten Island, New York 10309 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be returning anytime soon.
