I had a terrible experience at Plowshare Coffee House. The coffee at 777 United Nations Plaza, New York, NY 10017 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Plowshare Coffee House managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
