My visit to Rili Bubble Tea & Lounge was underwhelming. The coffee at 132 Main Street, Cortland, NY 13045 was lukewarm, and the pastries were stale. I had heard good things about this place, so I was disappointed by the lackluster experience. The coffee temperature left much to be desired, and the accompanying pastries were far from fresh.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Rili Bubble Tea & Lounge at 132 Main Street, Cortland, NY 13045. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.
