I had a terrible experience at Rochester Pillars. The coffee at 35 S Washington St, Rochester, NY 14608, USA was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Rochester Pillars managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
