The service at Rochester Public Library was excellent, but the coffee at 115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604 was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Rochester Public Library, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.
