Love the products - the specialty coffee drinks and breakfast sandwiches are amazing! I'm only giving it three stars because the barista was extremely rude to us. It was our first time and we didn't know what to order which we didn't think was a huge issue because there was nobody else waiting in line - however, this clearly irritated the barista who was pressuring us to order. We asked a few questions before ordering to make sure we understood what kind of breakfast sandwiches we would be receiving. Unfortunately, the barista made a mistake and gave us the wrong order so we gave the food back and let him know. At this point, he was super annoyed and started rolling his eyes at us. We weren't trying to be rude - we just wanted what we ordered and paid for. He then tried to charge us for the order that we gave back which didn't make any sense at all. At this point, we said we were going to take our drinks and leave without the sandwiches but another individual (not sure who she was) came out from the back room and rectified the situation which we greatly appreciated. Again, the sandwiches and coffee were great but the service we received was quite awful. I just hope that we caught this barista on a bad day and this isn't actually the quality of service they offer to all their customers.
The best! Great great people, awesome food and coffee, and very accommodating.
Great coffee, great selection of food for lunch. Nice atmosphere with art from local artists on the walls. Not a lot of seating.
Nice little coffee shop, sandwiches are very good and the flavored coffee is all nice
One of my fav cafe's this side of the bay!
DISCLOSURE: I used to work here but I am no longer employed by Sips.
Great chai, great coffee and great food. The owner Lauren and her fleet of baristas really know their stuff. She trains her workers for months before they are even allowed to use the espresso machine so you can rest assured that your latte or cappuccino will come from skilled hands! The food is made with fresh produce/ ingredients and everything is customize-able. The workers are friendly, the clientele is friendlier, and the ambiance is fantastic. Definitely pay them a visit. You won't regret it.
The staff are extremely friendly. The sandwiches are extraordinary! I usually get the chicken Chipotle panini and it never disappoints. They also have excellent coffee and hot chocolate.
Alright, caffeine addicts, Sips is the place to be in 149 Pattonwood Dr, Rochester, NY 14617, USA. Their cold brew was an ice-cold caffeine kick that hit the spot. The café had a rustic, log cabin feel with wooden beams and folk rock tunes in the air. A cozy spot for coffee and relaxation.
I stopped by Sips on a whim, and I'm so glad I did. The espresso was bold and flavorful, and the barista was a delight to chat with. It's a hidden gem.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sips during a weekend escape, and it exceeded my expectations. Located in 149 Pattonwood Dr, Rochester, NY 14617, USA, this coffee shop offers a unique coffee experience. The iced mocha I indulged in was a delightful blend of chocolate and espresso, complemented by captivating latte art. The café's cozy seating and friendly service create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's a coffee spot that will remain etched in my memory.
