I was less than impressed with Sobol. The coffee was average, and the atmosphere was lacking at the Westhampton Beach, NY 11978 location. I won't be recommending it to friends.

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to Sobol at Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. The barista's knowledge about different coffee beans and brewing methods was astounding. I took their recommendation and tried the V60 pour-over, which was a revelation. The bright and fruity notes of the coffee danced on my taste buds, and I left with a newfound appreciation for the art of coffee making.
