Foods okay, service is okay. Very bland place to visit. You have to guess when you're food is done cause they don't let you know. But it's good for people watching
Nice coffee shop. Good selection of food and snacks and typical set of coffee options. Lots of seating in the shop which is nice and inviting. Staff is friendly. Prices are comparable to Starbucks across the street.
This coffee never fails you when it comes to breakfast any time of the day. The selection is pack withbpeotrin, fiber, carbs, veggies and of course your sweets. The presentation is attractive. You can taste the freshness. The ambiance is lively, casual and perfect for finish your homework or paperwork, casual business meeting or even a date. Staff is very friendly. Coffee is glorious.
Really wanted to love this place. An independent coffee shop I. Buffalo. Gotta give them a try. Once inside on a Bills Sunday morning, the line was crazy long and not moving!. With Starbucks being across the street the temptation to move cafes was there but I stuck it out!
After about 10 minutes, I finally got to order. 2 drip coffee’s and 2 eggs wraps.
After paying I proceeded to start waiting. The barista informed me that they were out of single origin coffee, and would I want the regular blend, or wait 5 minutes. I told her I was waiting for my sandwiches so I’m happy to wait for a fresh pot.
5 minutes pass and my coffee is prepared. I add a splash of milk and continue to wait for my eggs. And wait some more. After about 1 more minutes I ask the lady who just called someone to pick up the order what’s happening with my sandwich. She says whoops and pulls them out of the order she was just handing out! I guess if I didn’t ask, someone would have gotten a couple of bonus sandwiches.
In fairness, both coffee and sandwich were delicious. Unfortunately, the process was not!
Came in on a Saturday morning. I ordered an omelette and my wife ordered a waffle with a side of sausage. The omelette was slightly overcooked but otherwise passable. The wheat toast was spicy and appears to be made in house. However, they forgot to make my wife's waffle and when I reminded them after waiting 30 minutes, they made one quickly which was under-done and doughy. They also forgot the sausage. This is probably a better place to run in and get a coffee or pastry than it is to eat hot breakfast.
great coffee. I grind it at home. always fresh roasted. passes the press test.
A writer's paradise and the food is great. Great for meetings or simply hang out with friends. Love Spot Coffee!
You guys have a really cozy roastery/coffee shop.
In order to improve the experience to have a good cappuccino I suggest you watch a short video of Michael Phillips on youtube called "How to make the perfect cappuccino".
I don't pretend to be disrespectful, it is just a suggestion.
Cozy coffee bar with a lot of comfortable seating. Professional staff as well. Top notch establishment with good coffee and great food. Much better option than Starbucks across street.
Great service. Great atmosphere. Nice sitting area. Clean and great coffee!
I ate here because of its location prices high but good food. Also very big for a subway. Needs cleaning.
Comfortable place. The coffee isn't the greatest compared to some local places, but this doesn't feel like a chain. So they get five stars for atmosphere and quality, if not perfect food and drink.
This is a great spot to grab coffee or breakfast if you're in downtown Buffalo. Better vibe than Starbucks across the street and more expansive menu. Always have new roasts, which any coffee enthusiast can appreciate. A good people watching spot too, if you're into that.
Spot Coffee Review
1. Convo Shake Is Amazing
2. They have actual breakfast. You can get an omelette or breakfast sandwich.
3. I usually go to Starbucks because they are convenient. I prefer their mobile app and the ability to order ahead. But if Spot Coffee had that option I would definitely go there more often.
4. The staff are always in a great mood whether you go early in the morning or right before they close.
5. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Its a great location right downtown. They also have all the literature and flyers available for local entertainment.
Overall: definitely a great place to go for coffee, tea, food, or just ppl watching.
