Spring & Varick

I had mixed feelings about Spring & Varick. While the coffee at 246 Spring St, New York, New York 10013 was decent, it didn't quite live up to the hype I'd heard. The service was efficient but lacked the warmth and friendliness I typically appreciate in a coffee shop. Perhaps I'll give it another shot someday.

Spring & Varick is a sanctuary for coffee lovers. The pour-over I had was an exquisite blend of flavors, and the barista's passion was evident. It's my new coffee sanctuary.
