Both the employees (Sam and Samantha) were awesome!! Professional, cheerful, and made the visit exceptionally well!!

Ordered a Chai and Cafe Mocha and both were not Hot! Barely warm and the Chai sucked with enough sugar to make me diabetic! Asked for a sleeve! They said they don’t keep sleeves! Got a croissant which tasted stale! Asked them to warm it up and they said they don’t have anything to warm it up! Giving it a one star for the Banana nut bread I got that was not bad!

Lattes are never right and when you tell them they make you feel bad about it. Maddie embarrassed me in front of a bunch of people by saying "we have GIVEN you a bunch of free coffees". I've have paid for every single one, she is referring to the ones they had to replace because they say the machine is broken. Here's a thought, GET A NEW ESSPRESSO MACHINE if you don't want to replace them for customers!!! (Most of the employees are great)

I have been to Starbucks numerous times (all over NY) for their awesome dark roast coffee. At this location inside the Target, the girl behind the counter was very nice and took my order but then I watched in horror as she made me a cup of coffee by filtering hot water through coffee grinds using a screen over the cup. Ive never seen this done before at Starbucks, so i let her do her thing, grabbed the coffee, and got in the car and left. Unfortunately, i didnt taste the coffee until i was already on the highway and I literally had coffee flavored water. It was disgusting and I was pretty upset I had to stop at another coffee spot on my way back East. Please train your employee's on how to make a correct cup of coffee.

Disappointment was the main feeling during my visit to Starbucks at 4300 Veterans Memorial Dr, Batavia, NY 14020, USA. The coffee was overpriced and underwhelming, and the ambiance felt more like a fast-food joint than a cozy coffee shop. Yo, coffee lovers, Starbucks is where it's at in 4300 Veterans Memorial Dr, Batavia, NY 14020, USA. Their espresso was a flavor explosion, and the aroma was intoxicating. The café had a minimalist, Scandinavian vibe with clean lines and soft jazz playing. A spot for coffee purists.

Starbucks has the best pour-over in town. The attention to detail in brewing is remarkable. The friendly staff's recommendations always hit the mark.
