As always, ordered with Mobile App. Ordered from the parking lot so I was not expecting my latte to be ready. They apologized multiple times and on way out the manager gave me a gift card for $4. They truly care about service. I go to Starbucks multiple times a day and have never even been apologized to for my drink not being ready and many times it should have been ready. Keep up the good work.

Baristas were nice, but the drinks were awful. We ordered an iced caramel machiatto that was 80% milk, barely tasted any coffee and a latte that had no flavor and was filled about 75% of the way. Not worth the money.

Very friendly baristas. Great service. Wonderful drinks. Limited seating and outlets, but not usually an issue.

If I want a soy milk ice latte, this is where I go. For my taste, though, this is too expensive to be my regular coffee spot.

We bought something for $2.12 and we paid with $20.12 THEN we got $8.00 back so we put a $1.00 tip. So we went to a the car then we realized it was not right so we went back in and they only gave us $4 back. Really? You need to teach an adding course or something because $8 + $4 ONLY EQUALS TWELVE!!! WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY D:

15 minutes in the drive-through is completely unacceptable. They really need to get their act together

Love the coffee here but it is a Starbucks so don't like the price. Good service though and pretty fast, although the driveway and drive thru are in a busy area so it's kind of hard to enter some times.
