Just another coffee shop. US coffee terrible compared to elsewhere (Australia) in the world.

Can’t redeem points at this location or order using the app. Otherwise this location was fantastic! Friendly staff and great coffee!

Great coffee and other drinks, but a bit pricey , more so than usual since they are near the Niagara Falls waterfalls.

Friendly staff and quick service. I can't understand why this location doesn't follow any cleanliness protocol. Everytime I visit (1x per year), it has the feel of grime....the front window/door is always dirty....I mean this is right when they open too! Isn't that sometimes job,..I know it is as a chain like Starbucks has a cleaning protocol. Floors, tables and cream station are usually quite messy. Let's go management.... Train those employees better! Or, get out there and do it yourself. Funny note... Last year I asked for a rag so I could clean coffee station and a couple of tables for them.

This Starbucks location very dirty.
look at the restaurant bathrooms and the floors ,If one of them is dirty then you should avoid that place . At this location the floor was absolutely disgusting.

Spacious, comfortable seating with an outdoor area as well. Be aware however, that you can't redeem anything for free with your stars here as they won't accept it.

Good coffee, nice comfy chairs and clean bathrooms. Nice place to seat down for a while to enjoy the air conditioning and free wifi.

We were so relieved to find a Starbucks after our free hotel coffee left much to be desired. However, even though we paid for three shots of espresso (as we customarily do when we indulge in Starbucks), both my wife and I felt that the coffee was lacking. I do not believe we received that for which we paid; however, we were already on the road back home before we realized the problem. We ended up getting stronger coffee at a McDonald's on the way home.

This is not our normal experience with Starbucks - our local Starbucks is wonderful - and this is not to say that this location routinely has problems. However, 2/2 drinks did not come as ordered, and we were not happy with our Starbucks experience.

As a partner at another location I was pleased with the store. Granted the 3 employees stood behind the counter and talked the entire visit. They could have been better using their time talking to customers in the cafe. Also perhaps a better exercution on the steamed milk
