The drinks are made absolutely delicious everytime. However, the pace of service is horrible. They chat amongst themselves (which wouldn’t be an issue) if they didn’t lose focus of actually doing their job. It takes me 20 min to get a drink with no one in front of me because they stand and tell eachother stories during each moment of me waiting. Very frustrating.

Good, "standard" Starbucks. Usually busy, but I can generally get a seat. Nice staff.

Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have never been to a Starbucks where the staff knew the percentage of caffeine in the coffees. Great experience!

A good, if not great Starbucks. Staff is friendly. Service was good, although it wasn't crowded. Seating is adequate, about average for a Starbucks.

My favorite place now, because it is so good for study. I like the workers also. They are so kind and friendly.
